It has three tracks:

1. Constriction and Release of Laryngeal Constriction
2. Initiation of the Tone
3. Velar Port Control

Each track lasts for approximately 30 minutes and gives ample opportunity for practice. Files are placed on a USB.

Description

This programme analyses belting, physiologically and acoustically. It graphically demonstrates how the larynx and vocal tract can be intelligently shaped to produce this high intensity vocalisation safely.

The second part of the DVD is extracted from a 45 minute session with a child aged five years who has vocal nodules. This is his first contact with his voice therapist. He is shown the basic elements and then combines them to produce a creditable belt by the end of the session.
